Waw – Part 3 and Galway

Third and last part of this Waw! Destination of the day: Galway, a little more than 75 kilometers. I leave from Doolin in time and after a few shots of pedals in the land I arrive on the coast. Ballinalacken Castle coming up on the plateau of the Burren where the limestone rocks form a striking landscape, I see the islands of Arran in the distance. Burren

the rest of the coast remains all too beautiful, I see Galway Bay and guess the city should I achieve tonight. But it's on the other side, we must first go back throughout the peninsula.

I pause to Ballyvaughan to restore me. I eat outside the small supermarket near my bike, an American hands me a loaf of bread and a €20 note because I remind him of his son. Maybe she did it because I meant my pieces for a cafe, but although I tell him it's too she insists. The night of the hostel tonight so will not in the budget. ^^ I keep the Nice road and enters the town of Galway. The last few kilometres are not the most pleasant: a lot of traffic, no bike path or interesting landscape. I meet shortly before the Center an Irishman who goes on a bike a few days to the Lakes of Connemara. We exchange a few words and then it tells me the more convenient to get to the Center management. I arrive in Galway and take advantage of the evening to visit pubs and the dynamic life of this tiny town. Galway we feel is a student city and tourism at the same time, the mixture in this tiny Center full of channels is very friendly.
